Manual testing is the first test that is essential to be carried out on a software. It is the basic test that can help to omit the errors that may be present after designing a software. In this technique the developer acts as the end user and performs all the operations that are likely to be performed after launching. It is a bulky process as almost 100% software is covered. It is a gradual technique which aims at fixing all the bugs. If the outcomes differ from the actual results, it is considered as bugs and are rectified by the developer. As any sort of ambiguity can lead to degrade the quality of work.
After testing the software, the developer works onthe bugs to ensure the smooth working. After successfully concluding the manual testing the software can enter the next phase either of further testing(automation) or launching.
